Remembrance Day
We had a special visitor talking to us about Remembrance Day. Major Goodwin (sound familiar?) came to talk to us about the importance of remembering those that have fought for the country, why the poppy is a symbol of remembrance and what life is like in the army.
Lest we forget!
It looks like we have some future Captains and Major's in the making...
Halloween Fun
Siskin's were replaced with witches, zombies and vampires for our last day of this half term. We had a day full of treats (thankfully no tricks) creating fang-tastic crafts and decorating some spook-tacular cakes.
